OrcaOne — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of OrcaOne services, applications, platforms, and related technologies. By accessing or using OrcaOne, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
1. Definitions
“OrcaOne” refers to the Point of Sales platform, including its software, services, systems, websites, mobile applications, and supporting infrastructure.
“User” refers to individuals, organizations, businesses, or entities accessing or using OrcaOne services.
2. Eligibility
Users must have the legal authority and capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable laws and regulations. By using OrcaOne, users represent and warrant that all provided information is accurate and lawful.
3. Account Responsibilities
Users are fully responsible for managing operational and business safety protocols, which include:
- Maintaining account confidentiality
- Managing authorized account access
- Activities performed under their account
- Accuracy of submitted operational and business data
4. Acceptable Use
To ensure systemic infrastructure health, users explicitly agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or infrastructure
- Interfere with platform stability or security
- Reverse engineer, duplicate, or exploit the platform without authorization
- Upload harmful software, malware, or malicious code
5. Subscription & Billing
Certain OrcaOne services may require subscription payments or recurring fees. Users agree to pay all applicable fees, maintain valid payment methods, and comply with applicable billing terms.
6. Platform Infrastructure & Service Availability
OrcaOne operates using cloud-based infrastructure designed to provide stable performance. While we maintain high service reliability, availability can be affected by scheduled maintenance, network disruption, or events outside control.
6A. User Data & Operational Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for data input legality and accuracy. OrcaOne is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect manual operations or user negligences.
6B. Platform Development & Feature Evolution
OrcaOne continuously develops features and system iterations. Workflows or interfaces may shift dynamically over time as platform evolution proceeds.
6C. Limitation of Technical Liability
Temporary structural or network dropouts caused by third-party configurations do not qualify as structural contract breakages under OrcaOne technical service provisions.
7. Data Ownership
Users retain full structural ownership of their transactional data pipelines submitted directly into the platform core.
8. Intellectual Property
All core software algorithms, UI components, structural asset designs, and system architectures belong entirely to OrcaOne.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the max extent permitted by law, OrcaOne is not responsible for indirect profit cuts or systemic data loss caused directly via user-side credential leakages atau kurangnya manajemen keamanan internal pengguna.
10. Termination, Changes & Governing Law
OrcaOne reserves the right to suspend accounts breaching systemic guidelines. Continued active operations imply total framework consensus matching state laws.
